As Closing & Finance Manager, Keith’s focus is working with preferred lending partners to structure customized financing solutions for all types of business transactions. Additionally, once an offer has been accepted, Keith works closely with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and timely closing.

As a former business owner, Keith understands the rewards, challenges, and responsibilities inherent in business ownership. His firsthand experience allows him to share valuable insights into the trials and tribulations of owning a business, offering sound advice to business owners. With over 30 years of corporate and small business experience, Keith has spent several years structuring specialty financing packages for multi-million-dollar technology initiatives.

Demonstrating his commitment to local communities, he was a Former Board of Directors member for the Chaska Rotary and Co-President for 2023-2024, as well as a Former Board of Directors member with the Southwest Metro Chamber of Commerce. In 2024, Keith received the Warrior Award for persevering through adversity and displaying strength and leadership.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, two adult children and grandson, as well as mountain biking, and BBQing in his backyard.
